SHIPPING POLICY – FAKHAMA ENGRAVED

At Fakhama Engraved, we take pride in delivering your personalized luxury pens with care and precision. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. SHIPPING METHODS

Currently, we offer Manual Delivery using our own company personal delivery rider. This means your order will be hand-delivered by a trusted member of our team – not a third-party courier.

We currently do not offer international shipping. We ship only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Once you place an order and we receive your engraving details, we begin crafting your personalized pen.

  • Processing time: [3 to 10] business days (depending on engraving complexity and order volume)

  • Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding Saudi public holidays.

You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation when your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch.


3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

After your order has been processed and handed to our delivery rider:

  • Estimated delivery time: [2-5] business days from the date of dispatch

  • Delivery is available within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as traffic, weather, or public holidays. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

If you are unsure whether your city falls under Eastern Region, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We do not provide automated tracking numbers at this time. Instead, we offer personalized tracking via WhatsApp.

  • Once your order is dispatched, our customer support team will send you a WhatsApp message with the rider's estimated arrival window.

  • You can reply to that same number for real-time updates, to reschedule, or to ask any delivery-related questions.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES AND DELAYS

What if I'm not home when the rider arrives?
Our rider will attempt to contact you via the phone number provided. If you are unavailable, they will wait up to [15 minutes] or reschedule for the next delivery day. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

What if my package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe?
We understand delays can be frustrating. If your order has not arrived within [15 business days] from the dispatch date (excluding force majeure events such as public holidays, road closures, or severe weather), please contact us on WhatsApp. We will investigate and, if the delay is our fault, offer a resolution (e.g., expedited delivery or a partial refund as a courtesy).

What if my package is lost or damaged during delivery?
Since we use our own rider, we take full responsibility from dispatch to delivery. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us via WhatsApp within [24 hours] of receipt (or within [5 business days] if not received). We will replace the product at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping.


7. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you attempt to place an order with an international address, it will be automatically canceled, and you will be refunded.
